Preparation of the oven and baking tray: - Preheat the oven to 200 °C. - Spray the doughnut tray with BAM coconut oil spray to prevent sticking. 2. Preparation of the dough: - In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients. - In another bowl, mash the bananas, then add the coconut oil and water. - Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Add 1 tsp BAM vanilla paste. 3. Designing and baking doughnuts: - Transfer the dough into a piping bag or plastic bag, cut off one corner. - Pipe the dough into the prepared cavities of the baking tray, about 3/4 full. - Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. - Remove from the oven, leave in the tray for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. 4.
