Its easy preparation allows you to make panna cotta in advance, making it the ideal choice for dinners or special occasions. ?✨ INGREDIENTS: - 3 gelatine sheets - 200 ml of cream - 150 ml of milk - 60 g of sugar - 1 tbsp BAM vanilla paste - BAM mango topping - Crushed biscuits or sponge cake for sprinkling PREPARATION: 1. First soak the gelatine in cold water so that it swells nicely and is ready to use. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla flavouring paste. Place the mixture on the fire and heat slowly, stirring occasionally, until it comes to the boil. When it reaches boiling point, remove the pan from the stove and stir in the already prepared strained gelatine. 3. Stir well until the gelatine is completely dissolved and incorporated into the cream mixture. 4. When the mixture is ready, pour it into the prepared moulds or containers and refrigerate overnight. 5. When the panna cotta is completely chilled and set, carefully invert it onto a serving plate before serving. 6. Top the panna cotta with the BAM mango topping and sprinkle with the crunchy crumbs of the sponge cake or biscuits.
